Our Process
At ProXecutive Interim, we value personal contact in order to best match the interim consultant that is most suitable for the task and the need you have. We all have extensive experience both in presenting the consultant that fits best for each individual occasion and in having worked as economists ourselves. We have been in your position and know what each situation requires. We believe in the personal meeting to be able to capture both the concrete and the subtle. For us, every company and every situation is unique. While others focus on “personal” mass mailings, we aim to get to know each organisation and individual for the best results. We work as much with digital meetings as with personal ones.
When a need arises among any of our clients or contacts, we start by going through the assignment together – what experience and competence it requires and when the consultant should start their assignment.
Then we present the consultant or consultants that we believe best match the assignment. In a personal meeting that takes place digitally or at your company, you get to meet the consultant so that you too can assess that the competence and motivation are right for the assignment.
Our consultants have undergone a background check as part of our quality process before they start their assignment.
Another part of the ongoing quality assurance is continuous follow-up. We believe it is important with regular contact throughout the assignment and to follow up after the end of the assignment period.
