ABOUT THE CLIENT

PDSVISION is a global provider of services that focuses on helping companies successfully enable their digital transformation journey. PDSVISION specialises in delivering solutions and services related to 3D Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Simulation Modeling (CAE), Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality, (AR) and Aftermarket Solutions.

ASSIGNMENT

We have created processes for financial reporting with a focus on monitoring the Group’s earnings, position and cash flow as well as the Group’s annual report. Methodology for efficient and fast monthly accounts and acquisition process, has been introduced. In 2020, we have been involved as a advisor in the acquisition of the group consolidation system and the transition to IFRS. We also act as support and advisor to the company’s CEO and CFO.

RESULTS

PDSVISION has been given permanent capabilities and its own employees independently perform both internal and external financial reporting. ProXecutive’s role in the future is to assist where PDSVISION so needs in their continued powerful growth journey.
